You enjoy investigating day to day issues that sales organizations face as they work leads and accounts through the sales cycle. You seek to understand sales’ pain points and resolve issues to increase their productivity to support business initiatives. You are constantly learning new processes and working cross-functionally with multiple departments to drive adoption to process and maximize efficiency.
Help automate and expand our reporting capabilities and cadence, produce ongoing and ad hoc reporting for weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings
Source, extract and analyze data to present insights on sales initiatives to sales and go-to-market leadership
Assist with sales planning by providing data sets needed to inform strategy
Support daily Account and Lead operations with reporting, lead routing, territory management
Process & Infrastructure
Help optimize CRM and other systems to better serve the needs of our sales team
Identify areas to improve processes, data quality, and system serviceability
Provide daily ad hoc training and sales support related to CRM and various third party tools
2+ years of Sales Planning, Analysis, Operations experience will be considered.
Tech background within B2B sales organizations a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; including documenting business processes, and use cases and business requirements
Advanced Excel skills required, including proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUPS, sumifs, index/match
Professional experience in data analysis and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
Great people skills; ability to successfully work and partner across multiple functions in an organization.
High energy and contagious enthusiasm. Willing to work through tough projects and be a peer leader in order to support growth of the business.
Prior experience with SQL and Tableau/BI tools preferred
