We are looking for a Senior hire to drive and lead the initiatives on the Growth Team:

Own the end to end process of customer activation, virality, and conversion to payer in the self-serve offering.
Manage and build a group of product teams focused on On boarding, Activation, and monetisation in the self-serve offering.
Influence the pricing strategy in the self-serve offering and custom offering.
Work closely with other teams to define and execute successful initiatives that drive growth via retention, engagement, and virality.
Define the Product Growth strategy, and own Remo’s Product Growth models and loops.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Product Management, Customer Support, Customer Success, Sales, BizOps, DevOps, and QA
Mentor and guide growth team members.
Communicate regularly with our customers and partners.
Understand the competitive landscape, to ensure we're on top of the latest patterns that work in other products.
Own the strategy and execution for Remo’s overall business, including customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
Manage and mentor a team that, includes the following functions: digital marketing, affiliates/partnerships, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
Identify and test new acquisition channels (paid and earned) to diversify and scale our customer acquisition program.
Develop methodologies for allocation and optimization of budgets and bidding to increase sales volume and drive down customer acquisition costs.
Partner with the engineering and data team to maximize conversion rate and customer sign-up flow.
Define creative needs that provide compelling and effective campaigns.
Develop a sound understanding of the latest marketing technologies and trends.
Maintain excellent cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders -- regularly communicating program strategy, highlights, and insights.
Skill And Experience You Will Bring
Demonstrable experience leading teams of 10+ people
7+ years experience in a growth focused role
Experience in high volume/hyper growth
Understanding of what it takes to work with an early stage company
Evidence of success in growing customer base from the ground up
8+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS product.
Experience building and leading teams focused on growth and monetisation.
Proven track record running A/B tests, understanding customer needs, launching successful features, communicating results, and collaborating with cross functional teams.
Experience working in a high-growth company with fast-paced decision making processes.
Experience working remotely with a global team
Experience running experiments and building growth models.
Experience in customer acquisition, growth marketing, and/or management consulting.
Has successfully delivered significant growth across multiple acquisition channels for at least two different brands.
Ability to analyze multiple data sources to identify trends, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
High-level of ownership, accountability, and tenacity.
Approaches problems from a customer-driven mindset with a desire to define simple but great experiences.
Comfort bouncing back-and-forth between strategy and tactics -- you can think big picture but also comfortable getting in the weeds to execute.
E-commerce and/or subscription experience in a fast-paced startup.
