We are looking for an experienced Senior Principal Engineer (Tech lead) to manage a team of 6 great developers and counting, you will also help lead key client projects and accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities


  • Spend 35% development, 15% management and 50% recruiting engineers

  • Provide guidance to the development team for complex problem

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

  • Interviewing and hiring a team that will build and maintain our marketplace.


  • Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience managing and scaling a team of talented developers

  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

  • 7+ years experience in software engineering/web development

  • 5+ years experience in managing large scale projects

  • 3+ years experience in microservices development

  • 3+ years experience in MongoDB

  • 3+ years experience in Nodejs server

  • 3+ years experience in Reactjs

  • 1+ years experience in Firebase
