Remo is an innovative virtual platform that is redefining human interaction online. Remo provides individuals the ability to create memorable virtual events that rival in-person gatherings through free-flowing networking and highly interactive presentations and speaker panels. 

We are looking for amazing individuals to join the Community Department to help fuel our next level of growth. We are a motivated, driven team that rewards action and promotes collaboration across the entire sales, community, and marketing team. The Community Manager will be responsible for growing, managing, and supporting the Remo Revolution Community. It will include developing original content (both written and video), overseeing and encouraging posts within the Community space, and developing a user-friendly experience for Remo customers as a whole.

 

Job Description:

A successful community manager should be able to

  1. Continuously increase the user growth within the community
  2. Encourage increased usage of the Remo platform through community content and engagement
  3. Support retention strategies of Remo users through community engagement, troubleshooting, and peer to peer support
  4. Manage and create all training and learning content which can then be repurposed for sales, marketing, and cx use
  5. Manage the Remo marketplace and all stakeholders involved


Duties and Responsibilities:


The candidate’s duties and tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Effectively solve customer problems and inquiries through the Remo Revolution Community
  • Hold a high bar for effective and compassionate support when it comes to interacting with customers and community ambassadors
  • Create and produce thought-provoking written article content, posts, and newsletters every week
  • Managing the community ambassador program to recruit new ambassadors, and maintain current ones 
  • Research and brainstorm effective ways to grow the community and bring in new active members
  • Support and host regular community events to keep members connected and engaged. These can include training workshops, fun events, masterclasses, e.t.c.
  • Maintain the Remo Marketplace and Remo Academy pages
  • And any other ad-hoc duties as requested by your supervising manager

The Ideal Candidate should have:

  • At least 2 years of community management experience, preferably in an event or b2b saas related field
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Willing to work in EST or PST timezones
  • Experience hosting and executing virtual events
  • Great communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to foster conversation, engagement, and excitement within a community or group setting
  • Ability to accurately track and interpret relevant data and metrics
  • Digital or growth marketing experience preferred but not necessary
  • Familiar with tech product development and ability to use product adoption software like Userpilot (preferable but not mandatory)
