We are looking for amazing individuals to join Remo’ Japan team to help fuel our next level of growth. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency across all sales related tasks (prospecting, phone call, email, product demo, negotiation, upsell etc.)

  • Consistently close business at or above quota

  • Ensure that sales-related communication with users/customers are handled speedily and professionally

  • Own the end-to-end sales process from lead qualification through collection of payment

  • Become a Remo expert to provide product demonstrations to prospects 

  • Clearly communicate Remo's value propositions to prospects

  • Manage target lists on a designated CRM tool and conduct high volume prospecting

  • Deeply understand the needs and goals of users/customers and identify opportunities for growth and optimization at every stage of their lifecycle

  • Responsible for payment and invoicing processes involving new customers

  • Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal stakeholders (product, data, customer support & success, marketing, finance department etc.)

  • Responsible for sharing with the company feedback and requests obtained from users/customers through designated internal communication channels in a timely manner

  • Other tasks and responsibilities to be assigned by a manager

Skills and Qualities Required:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales, ideally at fast-growing global startups within the IT industry (SaaS for enterprise)

  • Strong sense of professionalism and responsibility

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excel at creating and maintaining trust and good relationship with customers

  • Excel at explaining technical matters in easy-to-understand terms to users/customers

  • Capable of being an effective communication bridge between users/customers and the company

  • Highly collaborative and a strong team player with positive attitude
