Remo is the first web-video platform that allows people to have face-to-face networking online just like in-person events that build meaningful relationships and conversations.

 

We are looking for a Senior hire to drive and lead the initiatives:

The role will drive innovation, lead continuous improvement while supporting the development and engagement of a team towards operational excellence. This is a highly cross functional role requiring both strategic and tactical execution, strong program management, and the ability to build and lead a team. You have developed processes for high growth marketing organizations with exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and technical stakeholders. You are a growth driver, someone who not only supports the needs of the team, but a person who thrives on identifying and chasing opportunities to accelerate the business.

 

YOU WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO

  • Implement continuous improvement plans for existing operational processes across all teams and functions

  • Mentor and motivate staff with the goal of retention and development

  • Manage the day to day operations responsibilities for the entire team

  • Manage regulatory compliance and other requirements 

  • Identify any key logistics issues and work with management to provide solutions

  • Define budget and skill set targets for Talent Acquisition requirements

  • Define and manage growth strategies 

  • Direct and develop current and new vendor relations

  • Continually monitor the operations cost structure and look for ways to optimize

  • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to improve accuracy, timeliness, and productivity within the team

  • Establish, track, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics

  • Benchmark existing service levels (SLA’s); develop and implement improvements

  • Provide continuous performance feedback to team

  • Identify, design, and execute new processes that enable the team to be more effective in their day to day work

  • Partner with IT to select and set up key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on pipeline growth

  • Enable team to operate campaigns and initiatives from inception → execution → measurement, with appropriate guardrails and systems for approvals

  • Monitor and report on the effective flow of data through our systems, programs, and processes

  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management

  • Create and maintain global dashboards to report on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact

  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance

WHO YOU ARE

  • First and foremost, you are passionate about operations, incredible with clients, and widely recognized for the depth of your team leadership and operations excellence

  • 10+ years of operations experience with a proven track record, or marketing / operations / analytics / biz-ops or other quantitative roles

  • Consulting, professional services or digital agency background

  • Vendor and Contract management experience

  • Proven track in operations in a technology firm 

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, facilitation and team building skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, and able to communicate effectively across different levels of the organisation

  • Driven to apply best practices to meet regional objectives and business drivers 

  • An excellent working background with human capital and operational strategy

  • Able and keen to work in a very fast paced, growth environment

  • Interested in directly influencing the continued growth of Remo

  • Interested in being a strong Culture Leader 

  • Preferred xperience managing Marketing Ops process including lead management, database management, segmentation, and field mapping

  • Works well with Sales Ops, Marketers, CX (Customer experience/success) to define and implement projects and campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills. Loves working with data. Strong SQL skills desired

  • Proficiency in marketing automation systems (like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot) and integrating those systems with other technologies

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment

  • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes

  • Experience building a new function, including hiring and managing a team
