Remo is the first web-video platform that allows people to have face-to-face networking online just like in-person events that build meaningful relationships and conversations.


We are looking for a Senior hire to drive and lead the initiatives on the Enterprise level:


YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO :

  • Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers at current and prospective clients

  • Post sale, work cross functionally with CX & account management to guide successful customer platform on-boarding

  • Work with senior decision makers in Fortune 500 companies creating new and lasting relationships within different business units

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close

  • Conduct product demonstrations to enterprise prospects

  • Bring awareness of the Remo solution to key stakeholders throughout the company

  • Lead negotiations within commercial agreements

  • Buildout Enterprise Sales Process

  • Inform customers on new Product Releases / Launches

  • Effectively qualify leads and perform needs assessment, engaging technical resources as required

  • Create client presentations, proposals and coordinate quarterly business reviews

  • Develop and maintain business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns

  • Upsell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships

  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities / challenges, and provide recommended solutions

  • Resolve client issues in a timely and thorough manner; escalates issues to manager as appropriate

  • The ideal candidate will possess a technology sales management background that enables them to lead a team of experienced sales representatives with engagements at the CXO level. They should also be a self-starter who is prepared to own, define, develop and execute account plans and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.

 

WHAT YOU BRING :

  • 7+ years of Enterprise Sales Experience

  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills having worked with C-suite

  • Experience managing a pipeline and closing large accounts

  • Experience in fast-paced tech companies

  • Tech-savvy, loves technologies and learn new software

  • Super motivated, can-do attitude, problem solver and can work in a fast paced environment

  • Fluent English speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelors degree or +10 years of professional experience

  • Preferred - lots of Enterprise Sales in a technology company

  • Experienced selling Video Collaboration, Virtual Events, or Cloud solutions

  • Direct sales experience in Video Collaboration, Virtual Events is preferred

  • Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn

  • This position requires experience prospecting net new logos, develop and maintain business within existing accounts and manage complex sales situations / large projects

  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills

  • Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required

  • Proven client satisfaction, proven track record, & strong team player

  • Experience conducting product demonstrations with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging

  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen

  • Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated

  • Freshsales CRM experience preferred

  • Strong Internet research skills with excellent Microsoft Office literacy [Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint]

  • Comes with strong network of potential enterprise clients
